King Glaucus sat with

Queen Eurynome while servants

maintained their estate.

Andromeda saw a girl

much younger than her, cleaning

in the King's throne room.

Glaucus offered a reward

to Andromeda.

She asked him, "Who is that girl?"

He said, "My son's bride-to-be."

"She is just a child,"

the princess said. "Allow me

to marry your son."

Silent awe filled the throne room,

but the King and Queen agreed.
