The wolf had a scent
that agitated Leo,
Virgo's male lion.

When Virgo fed her lions,

the wolf tried to steal their food.

"Leo," Virgo said,

"have I ever let you starve?"

Chiron said to her,

"That wolf reeks of Hercules."

Virgo asked, "You smell it too?"

The wolf took a bite

of the lion's tail and ran;

Leo ran faster.

The agitated lion

leapt, swinging his blazing claws!
