The skies of Corinth

were clear enough after dusk

to observe the stars.

Andromeda fed Draco

bread, fruit and vegetables.

While Auriga slept,

Andromeda sat watching

the constellations.

She plucked the strings of her lyre

in stellar conversation.

A band of hunters

approached in the thick of night

to capture Draco.

They noticed Andromeda,

and their leader made a move.
